Story so far

I was born a Yorkshire lad in Bridlington in the North East. I then had the Yorkshire beaten out of me in the Midlands before arriving in London, where after more than a decade in the creative industry, I'm now Lead Designer at Designit.

I started my career at Rockstar Games back in 2003. Joining as a founding member their creative team in their London studios, I was instantly surrounded by interactive storytelling at its most immersive. As a big gamer it was a dream position, working on huge releases, such as the Grand Theft Auto series.

After Rockstar I went agency-side to hone my design skills at boutique digital studio Picture where I worked predominantly for the BBC and Channel 4.

Excited by how technology was changing the advertising industry I joined +rehabstudio in 2010 in search of a diverse challenge. I helped grow the London studio from 6 to 60 people, winning and leading work for the worlds biggest and most exciting brands like Google, Red Bull & Facebook. I oversaw the UX & design output of the studio while building and leading the department.

I've recently joined Designit as Lead Designer with an ambition of creating meaningful products and services that improve peoples lives and the world around us.
